1）確定日期
首先當然要選擇一個大家都方便嘅日期和時間，仲要考慮天氣和海況啊！而香港的天氣係6月至10月之間一般比較適合舉辦遊艇派對，因為依段時間夏日炎炎最適合水上活動！

2）選擇合適的遊艇

4）計劃菜單和飲料
遊艇派對加上玩水上活動一定會消耗好多精力同體力，所以一定要帶備足夠嘅無酒精飲品同水嚟保充水分同能量，以免中暑🥵！有啲船隻會提供午餐，例如中式遊艇可能會有船家在船上烹飪；西式和豪華遊艇則可以選擇餐飲到會或者BBQ（如有），咁作為搞手嘅你就要決定當日提供的食物和飲料啦。
5）裝飾遊艇
使用氣球、彩帶和其他裝飾品裝飾游艇，可設置一個專門的拍照區。仲有如果係想慶祝生日、結婚週年或求婚，都可以同遊艇公司講定，商議下點樣佈置先係最好！而有啲類型嘅船不設戶外音樂裝置，可以戴上自己嘅HIFI或者藍芽喇叭（記得要同遊艇公司提出啊！），播放你鍾意嘅音樂營造氣氛，令大家可以盡情歡樂。
6）天氣惡劣安排

7）準時上船

5) Decorate the Yacht

7) Be Punctual
Lastly, be sure to arrive on time for boarding and departure. Yacht companies do not provide refunds or make up for lost time if you are late for more than two hours without prior notice to the boat operator. Moreover, they may automatically cancel the trip. So, to avoid disappointment, make sure everyone is on time for boarding!
