In the event of a major accident during the rental period, such as a natural disaster or human-caused incident, the company will assist both parties in negotiating as a coordinator, and neither the company nor the boat owner will be held liable for legal responsibility.
Hong Kong Yachts Charter Limited prioritizes high-quality service and aims to provide fair and reasonable service, with a focus on quality and professional navigation analysis and guidance, while adhering to Hong Kong laws.
According to the Hong Kong Merchant Shipping Ordinance, for locally registered pleasure boats contracted for lease, such boats can only be used for recreational purposes, and any commercial public ticket sales or passenger transportation purposes are illegal.
In case of any dispute, the final decision of the company shall prevail.
